On September 24th, 2024, we celebrated a significant milestone—the grand opening of the new 2nd Stage Women's Shelter, KA-PAH-PAK, in Fisher River Cree Nation.

This invaluable initiative provides a safe and supportive environment for women and children fleeing family violence. It stands as a beacon of hope, offering protection and a path toward healing.
