NICAFV is a registered Canadian charity, BN# 86618 6059 RR0001
As Executive Director of the National Aboriginal Circle Against Family Violence (“NACAFV”), and on behalf of our network of family violence services and shelters, I wish to extend our sincere thanks to the Canadian National Railway Company and the Unifor Social Justice Fund for providing us with project funding.
Our families and communities are all too often subjected to family violence. NACAFV aims to support Indigenous communities and family violence services in their efforts to support survivors of family violence.
Your donation will be used to create a video to be used in training of non-Indigenous staff of Indigenous family violence services and shelters, specifically to train them in providing culturally appropriate supports.
Your donation will directly help increase capacity to support survivors in Indigenous communities and is greatly appreciated.
